What's the price of your product?
Since most of Milano’s products are customized, Prices can be very different according to the dimension, material and color you choose. Though we don’t have a standard price-sheet, we’ll be very happy to offer you an estimate if you just contact us and tell us the products and dimensions you want. Thank you!
What's the Procedure of buying from Milano Decor?
1. You can show us your drawing, or contact to tell us what product, dimension, material and color you want. Then our designer team will offer you a design and estimate according to your demands;
2. If you think the design and estimation satisfying, then our factory will make the production for you;
3. Milano will arrange the packing and shipment to deliver the products to the destination you required.
What's the warranty of your product?
Milano Decor provides 5-year warranties for all our products. At the same time, all the accessories that are damaged or missing during the delivery can be changed for free. You can also contact us to know more specific warranty items for the product you’re interested in.
What's the lead time?/ How long does it take before I get the products I ordered?
1. Normally the design& estimate phase will take about 1 week to go;
2. The production can be finished within a month usually, but it mainly depends on the quantity and specific craft you ordered;
3. The delivery from Shenzhen (China) Port to the western coast ports of U.S will take about 1 month. You can also contact us to know the shipment time to your place.
Where are you based? Do you have any showrooms abroad?
Milano Decor is based in Guangzhou, China, and really sorry that our showroom in U.S is not ready yet. You can leave us a message, then we’ll let you know once the showroom is ready to visit.
What payments do you accept?
We mainly accept wire transfer as payment, but if you need to pay in other ways, please contact us, so together we can find a way suits us most. Thank you!
I only buy one item, is that okay?
Yes, that’s totally okay. Milano Decor got professional teams to separately serve large-quantity purchasers and also individual customers.
Can you help with the installation if I buy from you?
Milano Decor provides with installation guidance for free, you can get the guidance on line anytime you need. We also have some installation partners in U.S, so if you’re in U.S and really need some help in installing our products, we can arrange the team to help.
